Self-Sufficiency Counselor working with disabled individuals receiving public assistance. Group Facilitator, coordinated community resources, assisted clients with employment, education, and/or SSI/SSDI. I also worked extensively with the Mentally and Physically handicapped. This program was one of the most successful self-sufficiency programs in the country and was reported in a Doctoral Dissertation, and in local and national articles. The specific program was developed by myself in coordination with individuals and resources in and out of the department. (Except for seven months, 1985-Sept. 90). Expert in returning, introducing, and placing, disabled individuals in the workplace. Program also included single parents. Over a thousand hours experience as an educator, trainer, and group facilitator. During the last three years I worked closely with the local college and university in assisting individuals complete their education and become employed. Worked first two years primarily in an institution and group home.

Last Fall, (2001) I taught Building Community Collaboration and Consensus, and Assets in Young Children at the Early Years Conference in Boise Idaho.
