Civic Literacy Project Founded in 1997, the Civic Literacy Project (CLP) works in innovative ways to foster sustainable service-learning programs, positive civic engagement, and educational improvement. Through nationally recognized efforts, the CLP has engaged thousands of Indiana students in service learning -- educating young people while they serve their community.
